cute NMR


Among the many unfinished open source projects, cuteNMR is worth of some attention. It is not usable, but at least it works. One of the high points is the dialog for manual phase correction. Though nothing spectacular or innovative, it is much better than the one you can find inside NPNMR.

Hello I just want to point out that there is also nmrglue a young but already functional open source program.
The author (it is not me) want to implement at least all the function provided by nmrpipe.
The program is written in python, so the source code is easy readable, an allow all kind of fid manipulation thanks to scipy, numpy matplotlib python libraries.
